Monday 21 October

Arrival day

9.00                 Meeting with participants that have already arrived in Chania.

9.30-12.00   Visit to the Monastery of Hrysopigi.

16.50              Pick up (by the host) the rest of the partners from the airport.

19.30              Dinner in a restaurant in the Old Harbour.

Tuesday 22 October

8.00                 Pick up the participants from their hotel.

8.30- 10.30     Welcome and schools? presentations. (Teachers from every school present a 15 minute powerpoint, or video in order to introduce their school programme and activities.

10.30-11.00 Coffee-Break at school.

11.00 11.30    Decide dates of the next meetings.

11.30-13.00   Define and clarify terms of the application and prepare the questionnaire for the quality and quantity evaluation of the programme.

13.00 -14.00 Discuss about first year?s project activities.

14.00-15.30   Lunch at school.

15.30- 17.30  Guided visit in the old city of Chania and the archeological museum.

FREE TIME

Wendesday 23 October

8.30                 Pick up from hotel

9.00?10.00     Visit to the Techical University of Crete (intelligent systems laboratory)

11.00-18.00   Visit the ancient city of Aptera and lunch in a historical village.

Thursday 24 October

8.00                 Pick up the participants from their hotel.

8.15 ? 9.45     Participation in the classroom (attending an ordinary lesson)

10.00- 11.30 Seminar with Mr Tzetzias, teacher trainer, on using ICT in Maths.

11.30-12.00   Break at school.

12.00- 14.00  Presentation of best practice model lesson integrating ICT and discussion about it.

14.00-14.30   Evaluation of the meeting

FREE AFTERNOON

20.00              Dinner

Friday 25 October

10.00-12.00   Participants are welcome in School ceremony in memorial of

the Greek resistance in World War II.
